After your fingers have recovered from cutting the ventilation slots on B.3.4, B.3.5, B.2.3 and B.2.4 glue, B.2.3 on top of B.3.5 and B.2.4 on top of B.3.4. align all edges. Make sure that the vents lineup. Sand down any misalignment.

Next glue the B.2.3-B.3.5 assembly onto B.4.1, and B.2.4-B.3.4 on to B.4.4. Align the parts as indicated by the red arrows

The pattern and the protective film can be removed from the back of each assembly.

Glue B.0.9 on to B.1.10 and B.0.10 on to B.1.11. Align all edges and make sure the vents line up. Sand down any misalignment.

If using PVC board, remove the pattern and film from B.4.5 and B.4.2. Securely tape the back of the B.2.3 assembly to B.4.5. Do the same with the back of the B.2.4 assembly and B.4.2.

Flip the parts over and glue the B.0.10 assembly to B.4.5-B.2.4 and B.0.9 assembly to B.4.2-B.2.3. Align the parts as indicated by the red arrows. Make sure that the vents lineup. Sand down any misalignment.

DO NOT trim any overhanging paper. Set each panel aside.

Set the Right and Left Panels aside.

Case Back​

Top Panel​

Remove the ventilation slots from B.3.3 if you don’t want hand cramps from cutting 2mm slots forever.
If you used PVC boards, remove the pattern and film from B.4.3. If not, leave the pattern on. Flip B.4.3 so that had/has the pattern is facing down. Glue B.3.3 to B.4.3 aligning the parts where the arrows point.

B.0.3, B.0.5, B.1.5, B.1.6 and B.2.2 have vent slots that will need to be cut out. Each vent slot is 2mm wide and spaced 2mm away from each other. There's a 1mm offset between the B.1.x and B.0.x.

Glue B.2.2 on top of and aligned with B.3.3. Fold the flap between the vents down over B.4.3.

Laminate B.0.2 onto B.1.4 aligning all edges.

After the feeling returns to your fingers from cutting out all the slots in B.1.5, B.1.6, B.0.3 and B.0.5. Glue B.0.3 on to B.1.5 and B.0.5 on to B.1.6.

Test fit the B.0.3 - B.1.5 and B.0.5 - B.1.6 into B.0.2 - B.1.4. B.0.3 goes on the left, B.0.5 on the right.

Glue B.0.2 - B.1.4 on to B.2.2 ,B.3.3 & B.4.3.
Glue B.0.3 - B.1.5 and B.0.5 - B.1.6 into their slots.

Set aside for the back case final assembly.

All intersections are right angles.
The back and sides sit on the bottom. The back covers the side's edges.
