I would very much doubt it has a decoder installed, A box being marked Digital could just be referring to it electronics board. Does it say anywhere on the packaging DCC Ready or DCC Equipted? If its marked DCC ready it should have a NMRA plug to accept a decoder. If it says nothing then a...
