This weekend I broke out my fantasy LNE U23B locomotives and ran them for awhile. Now let’s take you back to somewhere in the mountains of Pennsylvania circa 1970. A Western Maryland F7A and F7B are winding down their service handling a train of empties. They happen to pass a LNE general merchandise train headed by a couple of U23Bs.

Nice pictures, Tom. I've always liked your 20 car train threads: they're a great way to showcase your freight cars and locomotives. I've done a couple of them myself and I'll eventually post them when I learn how to shrink the photos. Nice weathering, too.
