Spill in accident near Ottawa

No one hurt except the environment (so far...). They do not mention it, but how does one train sideswipe another?

Interesting story Andrew. Poor commuters who rely on train service just have another reason to use their cars instead.

TV news pictures showed a tank car with one corner of the frame bent upwards (almost folded) to the tank. Looks like one car was fouling a switch.

I don't think there are many commuters going through Maxville (home of the BIGG highland games.)

You'd be surprised how many people from Ottawa do in fact work or travel to Montreal on a reular basis. The main line (CN I think) between Ottawa and Montreal goes through Maxville. BTW, have you ever been to the Highland Games? I have not, but they're supposed to be really great!
