GVR road freight SBI-1s is southbound from Grand Rapids,MI. early in the morning on Friday July 16th,2004.

Motive power today for SBI-1s is SD80 #4163 and SD38 #6338.SBI-1s is a daily run lately sometimes followed in the afternoon by SBI-2s if traffic warrents it.The return trains are GRM-1n and GRM-2n.

The Grande Valley is actively involved in the construction of rail served industrial parks in three of the cities it currently serves.
