Can anyone tell me either a manufacturer or seller of electric locomotives? Specifically I'm looking for a Y-1 that I can use in modeling the Great Northern.

Both Kato and Tomix make an EF15 (1-C-C-1) which looks a little more like the wheel arrangement in the photo.
