Branson Scenic Railway

We went to visit my mom in Missouri this past week. While we were there, we took my son to ride Thomas the Tank Engine on the Branson Scenic Railway. Below are some pics!

This is Thomas at the station.

We sat in a dome car right behind Thomas. This is a view of the track ahead on the way back to the station. Thomas is out of view over the edge of the car.

Here's one of the coaches. It's the Silver Eagle, formerly from the Texas and Pacific Eagle.

Thomas is, of course, just a mock-up. Here's the real motive power. This is an EMD F9PH, built in 1951:
