Battletech Leopard drop ship

Try some Grey Silicon and goop all those edges. Those distractions will really disappear when you start the greebling, and there is so much that can be done on this super strong model, use the model as the canvas it is for the greebling to turn it into the model it's crying out to be When bending those thick corners, cut from the backside to give some relief then angles blend. You cut, sand, whatever method that works, to close up those seams. As I wrote earlier, they can be filled to make them disappear also. . :)

Greebly time!

Turret got the most love tonight. In game, it's a pair or particle projector cannon (PPC) and a long range missile pack (LRM 20, twenty missile tubes firing simultaneously).

Also added some raised sections over the cockpit/bridge for details that make it more visually interesting (greebles).

After cleaning the brushes and cleanup water, things went well enough.

It still looks a touch lanky, but I like it. I've been spoiled by a lot of 3D prints and plastic kits with crisp details. I needed to stop tonight and clear coat and just admire the paper model for what it is.

Fun.

Happy Husky Mech Delivery Service

From orbit to the LZ in 30 minutes or less; or your mechs get dropped right where we're at.

Yeah, I did paint a husky face on this Leopard!

Glamor shots! I think I'm going to stick with the non-serious nature of the paint here. I like my papercard models with character, and as is, this one has lots I don't want to lose!20260201_105348.jpg

(Other phots need scaled down...)
