Bristol Pegasus Aircraft engine in 1:48 scale

Our esteemed friend and fellow member found and gave this model for me, as it was missing from the Resource center. I spent 4 hours trying to find this model, to no avail. Thank You Yorokobi for helping us restore this precious model. ;)

    mijob's TIE Phantom

I'd like to get my hands on either of them, but I don't think you guys would give me one, and I'd not be able to build one as finely. If I had one, I would put it in an Argon Case sealed display box, never to be touched. :)

O.K., your master crafting has long been established, but kudos to you for your recycling paper products. I get a great feeling seeing the printed side on the inside of your models. That makes a bold statement about this craft we enjoy, and the recycling nature that comes with it. :)

I hope to get the printer and CISS system in this week. ;)

    Star Wars helmets

Nice collection of heads you have there. For Halloween you could put fake blood on the bottoms, using red tissue paper to make them look like severed heads. I hope that remark isn't offensive. They look so good, it kind of looks like what an Interstellar serial killer would have as his...

Models for a video game festival

OMG!! I believe I would be very proud, and justly so, to have made a collection like this. Your variety of model building subjects is exceptional. I am envious, in the best way possible. I am at a loss for words. Kudos to you. :)

La Mille Maglia Porsche Hardcore motorcycle design 1/6 scale

Hand issues are such a drag. I have Neuropathy issues in both hands from my neck spinal cord debacle. These bigger than life pictures show an excellently built motorcycle. It makes me want to make this model. It's on my bucket list. Excellent craftsmanship on display. :)

Great article on Dye vs. Pigment Ink

I just purchased a Maxify Printer and CISS system combination deal that www.inkproducts.com gave me. I believe I paid $279 for the who set up. When I get it I will post exact data. ;)

Welcome to the forum. I am a ship lover also. I love making hulls from drawings to final form. I've made a few paper models that I turned into plugs for fiberglass hulls, and turned them into R/C sailboats. Great avatar name! Scratch building is so rewarding. Welcome to Zealotmodels. :)

One of my favorite movies. Is that 3D print file available? I have a Creality K1 Max that I'd love to try printing that out on. :)

Great article on Dye vs. Pigment Ink

I only use printers that use pigment Ink. The link below explains the differences well. The Inkjet printer below only uses Pigment Ink and with the CISS (Continuous Ink Supply System) you will get years supplies worth of ink, they are purchased separately. Top link is the printer. It's the...

    Andor Tie Avenger

It'd not ease, it's artistic genius. You see these models in your head, then see them in pieces on blank sheets of paper, imagine and then draw the necessary curves then make the model. No CAD involved. That my friend is genius. ;)

You may be using Dye Based Ink, which is not U.V. proof, and sunlight will cause your models to fade. You need to switch to a printer that uses "Pigment Ink" to have permanent colors, as Pigment Ink can last 100 years and considered archival..
