Just some quick thoughts on your track plan: The blue is a dividing wall that blocks all vision, while the red would be either a structure or terrain feature that you can't see beyond at track level. The green objects are just buildings. Not a bad plan, but you may have a little too much...

My absolute favorite is the EMD "Century", the DD40AX Century that is! I'm also partial to DD35's and U50's as well. No two-man handcarts for me!:D
