thank you i,m going to coat all the sub assemblies before putting them together.

I have never tried newspaper for stuffing, I always use cotton. Interested in seeing how it turns out.

When I crossed the border, I used to use.......well.....newspaper should look fine. If you spray the inside with Great Stuff, it will give it rigidity.

It's looking really cool, man, keep up the good work.
I've heard of some people that spray the paper even before cutting out the pieces. As I've never tried that, I don't feel comfortable enough to recommend it to you.
