Tried to mix a closer color to edge paint with, but it's still too dark...

Next I work on the framing, and try to figure something out for the beacon on top, which is not included in the plans... Grrrr

I made a simple beacon for the top. I took an unused section of the blue card, and cut a small circle... I used mu Exacto handle as the pattern, then pressed it into a moues pad to create the cup shape, then just rolled white card around a paintbrush handle to get the right diameter, and glued the cap on it.


I then cut some thin strips of the blue color, and glued them on to make the cage of the beacon, and glued it to the top.
Also in this pic, you will notice I've started adding the greebelie pieces on...

Added the police Box signs, and the door detailing panels.


I got the detail pieces for the corners, and bottom cut out.

I'll get these last pieces glued on, then edge paint.

I mixed up a new color to edge paint with... Still not right, but better.

I thought you had cut out windows for it? Looks good, the glazed windows you cut out would take it over the top.
