I found this on Pintrest, I don't know if it's on Zealot or not, but This will be a quick 1 sheet paper build.

It's scaled 150% tor more or less fill a legal size sheet of cardstock.

It's only one page, 15 total pieces, if I put the interior in... Hmmm.... A single small LED to light the inside?

Okay, no LED inside, not enough room, and I'm not getting into LightSheet for this tiny thing.

My 11 year old Granddaughter said it needs the interior though...

I started with the top of the page, being the display...
Base cut out and preformed...

And glued and clamped to dry.

Next the back wall, then I'll cut out the interior, and start building the pod.

I've got to add something to give it some weight, so craft sticks will work.

And attached to the base.

Any Flerrfers seeing this will be mad, cause the hull of the E-Refit in about 1/72nd scale is "flat" on the scale of 10 to 15 feet.

I need to learn that when it comes to me building something, there is no such thing as quick...

No work done on any projects at all yesterday, just grandbaby time...

And today is "Gender Reveal" party for soon to be grandbaby number 4.

I had a few spare minutes, so here is an update for today.
I added some craft sticks to the insides of the stand like Zathros suggested,

This made a great improvement to the look of the base. Thanks to @zathros for suggesting this.

You can find really tiny surface mount LEDs now. They are extremely small, but put out a lot of light.

I know, but the roof of the interior touches the top of the pod...

My Travelpod journey got squashed... So I had to reprint, and start over...

The grand daughter got ahold of my base, and destroyed it, and the plan I had printed out, ended up in the pets water dish...
so printed again, got everything pre scored, and started with the interior.

And added to the interior.

Now to start on the exterior... and find some clear to be the front window.

Between yard work, and family shopping trip, I didn't get much done today.
I got the base remade, this time I used pieces of foam core to fill the bottom of the base, and to back the upright.

Tomorrow, this thing starts to come together...

Next time tyou build a paper-travel old, don't name it Titanic...
