you can find many awesome MOCs, altered builds from officials sets and new builds by lego enthusiasts, on rebrickable, a website dedicated to all lego.
I build myself a version of the ebon hawk, from an instruction I got from there. Most of the instructions are for free, for some you have to pay the creator a few bucks.
I bought the parts and built it for myself as an appetizer to my ebon hawk paper model which I will continue...
