Sandtrooper, 1:12, Julius Perdana design

After a quick vacation, I'm back to the model.
And site is back online

The Head
The shapes were a little complicated and there were some errors in the details, but eventually, I succeeded in assembling it well.

The sequence is:

1. Shape and glue part 32.

2. Glue part 34 to part 46.

3. Glue the assembled 34 and 46 to part 32, starting from the rear middle.

4. Shape and glue part 39, then glue it to part 46, starting from one of the edges.

5. Shape and glue part 44 to part 39.

6. Glue part 45 inside

7. Assemble part 35 and glue it by the corner in the middle of part 44.

8. Glue the flaps of part 44 to part 35.

9. Glue parts 40 and 41 to part 44.

10. Last details in any order.

Template Errors:

There is no cutout in the middle of part 44 for part 35.

Parts 40 and 41 are too big for their designated places.

Assembled the pauldron and additional magazine pouches. Since this sandtrooper is a commander, he's wearing an orange one.

Now it was time to put all the parts together on the body.

First, I positioned the pauldron. There was too much of the white back color popping out, so I painted the inside black with a marker.
Next, I attached the head.
Then, I glued the hands after adjusting them to hold the blaster, managing to get a reasonable angle.
The blaster got its strap and was placed in the trooper's hands.
Finally, I attached the thumbs on both hands, because I already knew what the angle needed to be to make it look natural.

The last assembly will be the SD-48 survival backpack.
