Paint for MOW question

I have an HO Bucyrus crane,

It has a flat with wheels and rails on it.

On the CSX, or C&O, would this be gray or orange in a MOW paint scheme?

Below is a B&O pic I found and it is blue.

I have seen UP's hooks painted silver along with out fit cars and x-passenger cars now MOW crew cars
