Yesterday I went to see the exhibition in Nitra. The venue was the same as last year - one hall of the exhibition pavilion at Agrokomplex. There were many nice models and even more visitors, corners for children, club tables, many vendors, the army showed current and historical weapons... a short presentation by minimodel.sk, workshops and at the end a discussion with the first Slovak cosmonaut Ivan Bell, so there was a lot to watch...

I'll put a few illustrative photos here:

As always a BIG THANK YOU for sharing these pics! They allow us to be there virtually and to see the awesome work shoecased at the exhibitions. :)

That's a hobby expo!! I really like the cut-away submarine model. I am very claustrophobic, but I have visited the Nautilus submarine more times than I can remember. It's moored just over an 1.5 hrs. from me. It's big in there, but still not big enough for me.

It's worth following the links and looking at all those extremely well built models. They see, more than just models though. You can see that so much care went into them. There is a realness to them that is hard to describe using words

Thanks Zax!! :)
