Feel free to post a link to where you got the Butterfly Automata from. My wife has an incredible green thumb. Anything she plants thrives. If you saw her talking to the different bushes you would think that lady is nuts. Well the amount of Humming birds and Fox, and Black bears, Bobcats, Deer having their fawns ever year behind my Barn has caught the the neighborhood attention. some tried, but to no avail.
I just tell them they live their, mind your own business. My closest neighbors have said there is so much life in the 70' by 270' foot area, it's unbelievable what passes through there into my main yards. I had a heard of Deer last year, two big\Bucks countless fawns and Does and their Fawns around 20 in total, grazing in my fields. I walk around 30 feet from them, they know me and are unafraid. A Fox has her 2 or 3 kittens in my yard once a rear. I made a special place 30' from the house for her to build her Den.
Yesterday, by the Butterfly bushes I sat down and this huge Butterfly started circling, sometimes so close,
I could grab it. It almost landed on my outstretched arm, but changed it's mind. I felt like it was saying "Hello!". the it went back to the Butterfly bushes, there were dozens of different kind of Butterflies around there. The Black beat me to all the wild raspberry bushes that surround my property. That's O.K. though. Seeing him sit there eating them one by one is a sight to behold.
