I mentioned in a previous post (on the Daedalus battlecruiser) that i want to redo the Imperial Star Destroyer (ISD) using the greebling technique.
I've just searched for that post and it was back in 2023... i just realized how long it's been and how little time i've spent building papermodels
However, i was struck all of a sudden by the desire to cut-fold-glue, so i opted for a model that i considered it would be a relatively quick build - the ISD. This is my 3rd build of this model - the previous 2 were gifted to some colleagues that are also fans of Star Wars.
I think the model is well-known - the one from some long-gone Japanese site (link to the original page is not available).
As mentioned, i used the greebling technique to add some details, based on some existing shapes on the model.
Here's the main body, stand (which i reinforced with cardboard later) and the main body with part of the superstructure
