Hey gang! I have been perplexed that some company has not made any plastic models of Hoggsmead, Hoggwarts etc, minus a train station for a train set. That being said, can anyone lead me to a downloadable detailed Hoggsmead paper model possibility?

Every thing I saw with a google search was commercial paper models. JK Rowling is a pretty savvy creator, she sold rights to her properties to many companies.
