It's been too long! Lets start off with the eye candy first though shall we?!

I'll go into detail in the thread for how this fits into the papercard portion of the forum. However, I needed a nice display plinth for a command squad of Mad Robot Miniatures "Hornsby's Continentals" Imperial Guardsmen inspired by American Revolutionary War Continental Army soldiers. This being my country's big 250th Anniversary and all come July 4th, I really needed to get this done and ready for a July painting contest coming up at a local game shop. Mission accomplished!

It all started with a cheap wood base (from Hobby Lobby here in the US) and an empty duct tape roll. Wrapped up in some card stock and illustration board with magnets underneath (I used washers in the miniature bases).
