Buck Rogers robot "Twiki" custom design thread

I always thought of all the TV robot sidekicks, Twiki was the lamest.... But I loved the show still, and love Twiki...
I loved Twiki too! My two favorite robot sidekicks were KITT and R2-D2!
Of course, I loved Muffit too!No love for Muffit???
KITT is not a sidekick, KITT was the star of Knightrider.... Muffit was a cool sidekick, but didn't get enough screen time. Movie robots are a whole nuther category.
Muffit was a chimpanzee in a suit, so technically he could have driven KITT...

I'm re working the head and face. I want to see what the helmet looking part looks if I use vertical slices instead of the horizontal layers. So this part of the design is still a wip. But here's what I did, glue boogers and all 
Very nice! This is by far the hardest part and I think one of the twikiest trickiest things you have ever done. I am amazed by your ability to turn organic shapes into paper so nicely. I'm sure it will look even better in silver card.
I could see a TINA version made from this as well!!!
Re-designed the head to make it simpler. Not super happy with it. It is much simpler to build, it just loses too much though. I may try adding another ring at the chin. I may just stick with the original design, just try to assemble it better.
