I 3D printed the model today. I made this model a couple of years ago, but with all the surgeries and medical stuff I have going on, I just haven't done anything with it. To be honest, I didn't think it would 3D print as it wasn't made for that. It's only 6.5" inches long. If I print it larger, I should get more detail. To be honest, this would make a better paper model than a 3D printed project. It's just a solid piece of plastic. A paint job would help it, but I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I was surprised, as you can see in the 3rd picture, that it took so little to support the model, which was printed vertically, with the back engines on the table, nose up.That is a very interesting looking model. Are you going to give it a paint or is it just for a test?
