Nice work area, I couldn't find the apprentice though, (in case it was one of those kind of pictures). Lots of tanks. Always a good thing. 
Well, you know how it is in the 21st Century with the Internet, didn't post pictures of the 8 y.o. Apprentice at the work station... Oh that's great!! I'm happy to hear you can pass on knowledge to some young person, have fun and get to hang out also. Lucky you!
