+++ INTERMISSION +++
The kitchen was set up in the living room, waiting for being wrapped up for the send-off party tomorrow. However, something strange happened, and a few fellas dropped by.
A space cat appeared and jumped onto the stove. She refused to get down and started to focus the door of the fridge. Checking if the stove was switched off for the night Chef Krssantan came by and saw the cat. He was wondering what she was doing there. Since Krssantan did not know any good cat recipes he asked his old mentor Dex for ideas.
Dex immediately recognized the cat and called Sabine who arrived with Chopper in tow.
"Now what do we do now? The cat is walking in circles and won't get down." said Dex.
"I wouldn't worry about it too much", replied Sabine, "she will come down when she chooses to."
Chop did not agree with Sabine's assessment and prepared to chase the cat off of the stove but he soon realized that his arms were too stubby. He was starting to freak out (as usual) and asked himself why he had given away his booster rocket for inspection today. Unimpressed, the cat turned her back on him (as always).
Sabine was right. A few minutes later the cat jumped off the table - and was now facing angry Chopper.
Mexican stand-off in the kitchen!
The tension was almost unbearable. Chopper was charging his capacitors, ready to strike.
Krssantan mentioned that Kitty was focusing the fridge when he discovered her.
"The fridge, you say?" asked Sabine. "Maybe she is hungry!"
"Yes, you maybe right", agreed Dex. He put her back onto the stove. Chopper was not amused and started to move in circles as well.
"Now stop acting like a protocol droid, Chop! Don't you see that our little friend here just needs a little snack?"
Chopper froze immediately.
"See? There is no need to be so excited." said Dex, opened the fridge and shared some of the best sushi he has ever made with the cat.
Chopper started to laugh and cheered.
Dex was confused: "Why are you laughing now?"
Chop explained to him that Dex finally managed to do something Chopper had not been able to do before: getting rid of the cat! Now that she knew that Dexter had the key to the fridge where the fresh fish was she would stay with him - FOREVER!
"Oh, no..!" Dex sighed...
