any acrylic clear matte coat will work. I use Vallejo Model Color Matte # 70.520

Thanks, I'm trying to get everything straightened out again so I cam build and paint. My problem is space... Grrrr My corner desk is my workspace, my dinner table, and my storage space, all in one. The house were in now has about 300 fewer sq ft than our last place.

I'm gonna get back in action by trying this out. Just a note, to get my 8 1/2 by 11 printer to print this A4 design I had to shrink it to 90%. So my model will come out at around 1/110th scale? Now to clean off the desk and get started.

Well Z, any compressor can drive an airbrush, and the Neo by Iwata brand is cheap all things considered. And they are great beginner to advanced airbrushes. Look in any Hobby Lobby to find one. A 1/8th inch flexible hose and a separate dryer/regulator and you'd be set. The little $100 kit...
