I'd probrobly use two of my LL E8's. I've got one with a burned up motor. And depending on the lenght of the proto type,I think it would be alot easier since the frames and shells are about the same the whole length. Might have to extend the dog bones a little if I split it right in the middle...

The best place to get back issues is at larger train shows. THen you should be able to pick them up dirt cheap. I've seen stacks of differant magazines for a buck a piece. or a whole year for ten and fifteen dillers.

I'll second N-scaler-dude, most of the time the other magizine's will give the reduction sizes on the blue print. If the blue print is in HO just reduce the size by 54.4 % and you have N-scale.
