    cut it in one foot sections (even cut it at half width) you want pieces that are small and easy to lay but not to small ( the size of a narrow piece of paper towel works well. when you place it in the water (cooking sheet works great) you want to rub it and fill all the holes with the plaster...

    Well I got the PumpJack finished tonight. I tryed using 12v but the jack ran to fast to be realistic, I found that 3v was about right. I would place video up but the wire is a little bent and cause's it to run a bit rough. It is getting better over time, so hopefully soon I can add the...

    I did some Upgrading of my Rail box cars tonight. I added Micro Train's roller Bearing Trucks with couplers. Switched out the plastic wheels for Atlas metal ones. Added some Weight. And tryed some Weathering.

    Well I started to Assemble my PumpJack. Made a few mistakes but I'm ok with it, I used the gel style glue instead of the liquid and this made a mess of the fine details. I also didn't mix my paint well and will need to sand it down and try again.

    I haven't had a chance to break it in yet, but for the ten minutes I had it going back and forth on two sections of flex track, it's jurky at low power, and has a spot that I need to give it a push if starting. Hope an hour or two around a circle track with loosen it up a bit
