Inkscape is free and work with files in vector format. You can export the unfolded model ( if you have Pepakura Designer 3 ) as a e.g. dxf and open it with Inkscape and the paint him

    Looking for Renault UE blueprints

The blueprints are for references, you can use any 3D modeling software ( Sketch-up , Metasequoia .... ) to make paper models. Check out the tutorials

You can need them or not , those are pieces for the thickness , so if you use a thick card you don't need them.

I guess this is how the model should be looking before printing ( at a greater resolution of course )

so confused with Pepakura Designer 3

you're kinda right : I use the 6.0 version. It's a little irronic that a older version is better from this point of view as the new one. When I say to rearange the part I mean to use the functions that appear when you give click-right on the mouse ( Rotate, Join/Disjoin faces and so on). Here...

Nobi's BTR-60 or... something like it....

Some mistakes that I've noticed so far: -front hatches should have round corners -one hatch is missing -that frontal piece ( I don't know the english translation for it ) is missing -no headlights

Nobi's BTR-60 or... something like it....

Since long time I've wanted to build a BTR-60. So i've purchased NOBI's model and start building it. My intentions is to paint the model in the end to look like a Yemenite BTR-60. From the beginning I've spotted some problems: -It's in 1:35 so kinda big and it doesn't have a internal...
