The construction of the head is completed. Detailling and wall plate coming soom.

Some update I build the body of the head and cut and placed the layers for the Windows. For smooth surface, I cut all the tabs, glued the parts with black paper in the back and sand all the joints. Next step, apply the final layer, the details and final assembly.

Sorry for what reason RF .... your model is great ! All the pieces comes together like fingers in the hand. No ! it's me with my adding and my sense of perfection. For the head, I did not take myself in the good way.

WOW....that's cool I love the 2007 BSG séries but the 70's is a classic ! remaster it will be a must for all the BSG fan.

Some update Completed the upper hull with the lights. Next step, detail the upper hull, glue the ring and the rear top engine.

I've been doing some work on the model this weekend. I stat over the upper hull cause the thickness of the base is too thick and don't like the result (I had thought that it was a good idea). I've put a card board insted of a 3/16'' foam core. The result will be more like the model on TV. I...

Some update, I take my quick build of the upper hull as a guide to help me find the best way for the lighting of the windows without crossing the paper. First attempt, I put a layer of black tape, cut off a piece around the windows on the first layer, applies a layer of gray paper (and white)...
