i never heat up locktite, never new you was "supposed to " i just take the screw/nut/bolt out just like there was no locktite. its made to come loose when you want it to and not on its own.

you talking about blue locktite? get the red locktite, its better/stronger . the blue dont hold anything, i use red to hold all the nuts and bolts tight on all my bikes,
