I know there is the awesome model from Martinus. But I wanna do a less awesome model. I like the idea of a 1:250 minimodel inspired by the ones from prmodels. That way I could have the Hawk sitting next to the Falcon, even if they existed thousands of years apart.
The Ebon Hawk is a beautiful ship and holds a special place in my heart ... and I guess, in the hearts of all people who played "Knights of the old Republic".
But it is a difficult ship, too. In the lore it has a length of 24 meters. The exterior of the in-game ship must be of the same length.
BUT the in-game interior is much larger! Must be because of gameplay mechanics, namely the third person camera.
Additionally I say: the exterior is too small, too! No way the rooms and corridors would fit in there. Even with lower ceiling heights and narrow passages.
I know there is often a difference between games and lore, mostly because of engine limitations. Cities in TES games are small but have ten thousands to hundred thousands inhabitants in lore.
But 24m for the Ebon Hawk? Let it be 30m at least. Little bit smaller than the Falcon but with enough space for everything.
That being said I'm thinking of enlarging the ship a little bit...
... and risking to be struck by the hate of star wars lore ultras XD
Speaking of scale:
I made new mannequins to accompany the build. The characters from KOTOR.
I shrink-rayed ... ehmm I mean I ... did them 1:250 scale. Like the target scale for the ship.

Here they are posing in front of the Falcon like some time travelers.
