A few years ago I started my second project designing wings for the UHU sphere to create a Tie Fighter. A few years later I designed my own sphere and updated the details. Below the link to my first Tie Fighter.

Thread 'Tie Fighter wings for UHU sphere'

Hello all,

I want to make different Tie starship's with the same sphere.
In this case I want to use the sphere from UHU.
I like UHU style because of the fine details and all of the breebies.

The first one I want to build is the TIE fighter.
So the biggest challenge I gone have is to create a pair off wing in UHU interceptor style.
Also this is a good way for me to work with sketchup.

The first thing I did was to find the right dimensions for the wing in combination with the sphere.
There are different dimensions on the internet about the real size off the TIE Fighter.

So on my list there is still a note to update this fighter. A few weeks ago @will69 send me a message to ask if he could use my design to recoller the Fighter in Sabine Wren style. I liked that idea so I started to update my Fighter files. Lucky for me I have lost the original files and had to redesign them.

This weekend I finished the Fighter templates and thought to recouler some parts for Will to get a head start. It was not that much work so I offered Will to give him a bit of help to completely recolor it.

So thanks to Will you all can follow the progress on the Sabine Wren Tie Fighter in this thread.
