Yes, it is the very same one. It is not a bad model template. However, there are many things that I would have done differently. With that being said, I am not going to knock either the model or the designer.
With that being said, if you are looking for a template that you can greeble out, there are other templates of the U.S.S. Reliant that are far more detailed. You may have to do some "GOOGLING".
