Thank you one and all for the kind words and encouragement.

These blasters were fun builds. I greatly enjoyed building them. While building them, I was wtching BRTC25, and remembering all of teh good times of when my mum and I would sit and watch it together.

Once this is released, I look forward to seeing some of you building these models and posting your work.

ENJOY!!!

Awesome build, thanks for sharing such ! Question if I may, has yourself or anyone else gotten a pattern of the rifle-version of the blaster, such briefly seen in the pilot episode-feature film, as carried by the Directorate ground troops in the Old Chicago ruins rescue scene ?

I do not think that there is a kit for the rifle version out yet. I will run it past Revell-fal and see what wee can do about such.
If you have any good screen shots (or other photos) of it, that would be a great help.

Thank you for the idea.

It's not on my todo list yet. Maybe when I have a bit more time.

Hello again! This is my test build. I have revised the plans and used silver card from packaging material for the stripes. Now it's a really flashy, erh, "Bucky" (!) gun! And it's almost ready for release. Stay tuned!

Did a bit of Googling and did find a few photos of the rifle variant, I seemed to recall it being a bit 'beefier' but mind just be faded memory of seeing the pilot episode-feature film so long ago. I'll keep searching, has to be a better image out there.
