2025 build wrap up

This year is almost done and again a year for designing and building some nice models. I would like to invite you to share your models that you have build this year.

That colorful model is just so excellent. All the rest are too, but that one takes the cake for me. What a beauty!!

this year I discovered prmodels. I really like their minimodels:


some rebel ships and the lando falcon for which I built the magnetic vertical display I showed in the build thread


"Death of Red Four / John D. Branon" as a present for a friend

and some star trek stuff:





besides prmodels work I made my first own template of the Alte Nationalgalerie here in Berlin:

I used the 3d model by someone else. Have to ask for permission before I can share template.


I built the Enterprise from War Artisan:


Speaking of sailing boats, I finished the King of Red Lions (have to update the build thread):


scaled down and built thunderchilds Normandy SR2:


with recessed commando bridge. Almost ruined it because brigde window is so tiny


And I finished the first version of my Teladi Kea (still have to prepare the template to share it here ...):

... and it still needs more details and more greebling.

Overall a year full of models and learning for me.

You have done a GREAT JOB on these different projects.

For me, 2025 has been a very productive year for conducting beta test builds. If I were to post them all, it would take up an entire page (if no more).
With that being said, I hope that 2026 is far more productive (regarding paper/cardstock model), than the years before.
