Whos are they?

Today I saw some box cars with no carrier name on them. They looked like miss matched cars of different designs and different colors. They were rather old. The only identifying markings were the letters with the number. FCRD and a three digit number. Just curious as to who owns them. Does anyone out there know?

First Coast Railroad in Florida. Since it was formed in 2005 it's not listed in my newest (January 2003) ORER. There was an article on it earlier this summer in Trains magazine.
