Yes, that link offers some directions, but there seems to be no download link. On it's page he says "We are stopping publication. I’m sorry.".

I used to have one of those back in 1985! scooted all over our beachfront town. my beautiful blonde girlfriend rode it too. If you put your surfboard flat, on the seat, you could carry 2. Man those were the days!

That's really too bad. When I first posted the link, the download was available. This must be a recent development. I managed to get the .pdf. I always jump on stuff like this, especially from Japan, as "Cease and Desist" orders fly out fast if you make something with a name on it you have no rights too. I would advise getting the other models now, and the Instructions. the Honda monkey is still available. These are some really cute models.

Yes, the best advice I can give anyone new to paper model downloading is to grab it quick because they often disappear before you make it back them.
