First, a little about the world of Astro Racers and the races themselves.
In the not-too-distant future, interplanetary single-seater ship races take place. Their pilots compete for themselves, their families, companies or even entire states. Victory is truly intoxicating. They are competing for planetary mineral resources, living space and the possibility to influence the direction humanity will take.

Model:
This series started to be published a long time ago in ABC, today the models can be downloaded from the author's website, and new ones are constantly being added. I tried to build the first hovercraft from this Rival RTX series. I made only small modifications and added a simple stand to which I added a small story that the author wrote for each hovercraft....a few photos:

Thanks, the models are nicely drawn, I'm only making small adjustments...e.g. opening some panels or intake flaps...;)

I'm adding another Astro Racer, this time inspired by the movie District 9. I made only minor adjustments and added a simple stand, which I completed with a little story that the author wrote for each hovercraft...a few photos:

The D9 racer can be difficult to build especially putting on the cylindrical side pieces and getting them to line up right on both sides. As usual you've done a great job! :CHEERS:
Like the stands you have done as well. Nice touch!:)

ZAX! You're off to the Space Races. These models look so good they look like photo shopped pictures. Such clean builds. Precision model making at it's best. :)

The Venture Blade is a quick fun build. Nice way to unwind after the day. What printer did you use? When I print mine the colors are washed out (looking more pink than red as it is above), but these models have brilliant colors. Just asking...

Also your models look very sharp (sharp enough to cut bread I wager:biggrin:). As always great job.:)

Thank you :) , this year I wasn't in the mood to build more complex models, that's why I chose this series and as you can see, even though they are simple models, the result looks very nice....now I'll take a break and try to finish a few models for the largest model exhibition in Slovakia, which will be held on October 25, 2025 in Nitra. I hope that I will be able to get there also because there will be many minimodels there, which will have their own category this year. I'll probably take everything I have, so if anyone would like to see some of these models with their own eyes:

This toy car is the first in a series Dakar miniboxes. FDS released a series of these legendary cars as an Advent calendar before Christmas, so maybe I'll build a few more ...

PEUGEOT 205 TURBO 16 DAKAR

A few words about the original:
This is Ari Vatanen's car for the Paris-Dakar race in 1987. The car he used was a modified version of the Group B - 205 Peugeot 205 T16 monster. The legendary Paris-Dakar won with this car.
