What you mean, bigger than it is supposed to be? On site it is stated that the scale is 1:12. After downscaling, I tried to compare by boots and relatively they are the same size.

Next was the lower section of the torso vest and the supports for the leg armor. You need to glue it tightly along the angled edges of the torso so that you can close it properly at the back. And I tried to dry fit it into shoes :) Fits perfectly!

Continued with the legs and torso. Everything still fits perfectly, although you need to think ahead about the order in which you glue the angled sections at the top and bottom of the torso to close it cleanly.
