You can replicate that by dividing the horizontal faces and pulling the edges outwards. Two divisions should suffice for the beginning. ;)

You are doing great! One reminder: Pepakura can only be used for unfolding, not for 3D modeling. What you have done here cannot be done with Pepakura. It can only unfold parts and add flaps. It cannot change geometry.
