little help What I did to get the parts to stick together was peel the mirror off the parts that were to be glued together then the white paper glue worked good and no gluing myself to the model.:grin: And the f2 & G2 rap to the bottom of the model.

Aluminum Build Well I have not progressed too far, the eye piece is a tough piece to make but I think I am on the right track here is what I have so far out of 1/8" plat aluminum.

How about doing it in 1/16 aluminum plate. weld the edges, then polish to a shine, I would need eye and mouth plansto put them in. the welder is to big to put them in after you build the rest of the helment.
