Beautiful pictures, Micah. I agree with Z, and I think that some of these ships could be used as Trade schools. there are machine shops, engine rooms to learn engine mechanics, Miles and miles of pipe to learn plumbing. Miles of wiring for electricians. I know there are lots of other trades...

Update: Finished. Got the headlights and "running lights" installed, as well as the windscreen stabilizing bars. Am waiting on new ink cartridges to come in so I can print and start work on the John Deere version.

I still have a few things to do before it is finished. I got word a few days ago that my Uncle Marv is not doing well, so I did a recolor that I'm planing to build for him. This model in John Deere livery.

Next update: I couldn't sleep last night, (because I had to be at the hospital this morning at 6:30 am for the Cancer scan. I can never sleep the night before an appointment that early in the morning.) so I got the fenders installed, as well as the running boards, and some done on the hood.

I'm glad that I went with the white wheels. They turned out better then I though they would.

Next Update: mounted the wheels. The torsion bars were made from paperclips. The instructions call for 1mm wire and paperclips were the closest thing I had on hand.

Thank you everyone for the wonderful comments. Z, I have noticed that my skills have improved greatly since I built the B-wing. I think that it is because I am trying to build more complicated models. (not that I was choosing easy models to begin with).

next update: engine installed, and axle housings mounted.

Next update: got the engine and wheels complete. I went with white tires on the standard rims. The designer had solid rims on this ford..... I could not find any photos with solid rims. That may be something that was only offered on export units. The tread on the tires with the kit were just...

the tires that come with this model looks gray.... like a black tire with dried on gumbo mud.
