Great question! A quick answer is yes it can be done using pairs of rare earth magnets. Neodymium or stronger, in pairs to generate the opposing force, and other pairs to locate. the exact layout will change for each subject.

I was ready for my Blackbelt test, when I broke my back the first time. never was able to bend enough to take the test...

There was a time, back when I was studying kenjutsu that I could name every piece of that suit. Now all I can remember is that obi is belt....

I use Aleen's Tacky Glue, and Zip Dry, and CA for really stubborn parts, No idea if they are available in EU

Now add 4 rare earth magnets to the underside, one side south down other side north down, then add 4 to a base with the opposite polarity... and viola, one floating hover craft. :lolsign:

Nicely done, and HUGE! Just an FYI SR-71A Build # 61-17967 now sits at the the 8th Air Force museum, Barksdale AFB in Louisiana. She went back to Lockheed Palmdale to be refurbished in 2018

So far I'm diggin the new look. The layout looks nice on my 21 inch monitor.
