That looks pretty good! This is a hard design for a sphere. I might try a solid foam ball to mash out the sphere, it's a hard model to get right, maybe cut out the printed details and use another sphere model and just add them on?

I like it! The empty tanks could be filled with air from solid pucks that heat up and expel air, and then be used as a 'space' to recreate in? Then just land it on Mars as a habitat!

Perfect!!! Great Job! If you get a heat gun at ace hardware, and some yellow furniture foam, you can push mold the canopies easily using clear picnic plastic plates by heating it up and pushing your positive into the plate against the foam. I have found that vacuforming is difficult at best and...

Sounds Zealous to me! It would be better these days to use Vector to draw your new models, Inkscape and there is some free software that include Vector drawing programs. That will eliminate problems later, especially in printing and enlarging. Waiting to see your new work!
