Update: drive train installed ...... finally.

My Dr. and I are hoping that I don't need anymore radiation. We will know in a few weeks. It irritates my arthritis badly. But I was able to get a little more finished, mainly the rear end. sorry about the blur, forgot to make sure the lens was clean.

There are only a few places that you can tell that this is a paper model..... but other then that you have gotten the look closer to the real thing then even plastic models can get. Job WELL done!!!

Update: sorry its been a while. Had to build the exhaust manifold several times to make it work. from the instructions, you cant tell how the pipes are bent, in one photo they look like they are bent up... another look like they are bent down. so I Googled the real one and it look like they are...

this is how I normally do it.... but for some reason the CA on white glue was causing the thread to fuzz. It may just have been the type of thread that I was using

Update: upon further reflection, I decided that I was not happy with the "fuzzies" on the spokes. So I remade all the rims and tires, and didn't use CA glue on the spokes. The CA glue was causing the "fuzzies", even when I stiffened the thread with other glue. I now have a much cleaner...
