AND NOW LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... the Tokyo Tower is done... for your viewing pleasure here are the " money shots"!!

the roofs over the doorways roofs in place.. signage in place.. should have some little people to put in there..

frames in place and backing glued, then walls attached to roof.. now the base where the stairway starts to go up and down, you can "just" see the stairs inside..and all the other do-dads ..water towers, cooling towers, ac units and outbuildings..all ready to be installed...

now the building ..a lot easier to do..all the windows cut out and on to the frames. lots and lots of frames...each and every window gets one..35 in fact..do not breath too hard or they go flying off. happened quite a few times..and as you can see they are not all the same size

the tippy top. the antenna.all ready to go on.. here the marker lights i did have a idea of lighting up the tower, but it was just a idea. it could be done with "smd's" , but way beyond my skill.

here we go again...the last part of the tower, all cut out and ready to glue..this part is very thin. i made sure to prefold BEFORE i starting cutting out the grid work. did not do that to the inner 2nd level. heck of a time folding that part..i'm really glad that there was nothing to go inside...
