Well this was a disappointment. Then again, what the hell else do you expect from a dissapointment when he makes a disappointment.

So I was initially planning on making a different model (still on the back burner), but with so much work coming up, I decided on a simpler project; said project being the Battle Rifle from Halo 3. I've always wanted to make the assault rifle for the series, but so far I am too afraid to tackle...

Finished constructing the blade core. All parts of the blade are segmented, and the tang tis into the assembly instead of being a simple butt-joint at the quillon. After swinging this around a bit, it seems to be quite sturdy.

This scabbard was REALLY tedious...

And scabbard done! Not sure when I will testbuild, but the model is ready!

alright, handle done! All that's left is the sheath, which I need to get reference pics for. And by that I mean play Skyrim for an hour or so.
