    prodigy advance

    I did exactly the smae thing had a prodigy till the Advane came out. I've been running 3 to 4 trains with it on a 6x12x6 n scale layout for several months. No problems with it at all.

    How much time to you spend

    I try to do something every day. Even if it is cleaning up the mess i make over the weekend, and if I don't have time to clean up I'll at least run a train every day for 10 to 15 min. Helps keep the track clean ( thats my excuse and I'm stickin to it.) :rolleyes:

    Reliable DCC operation?

    Good advice Andrew. I found that clean track is the biggest problem, now I tend to run trains more offten to keep the rails clean, or maybe I just use that as an excuse to run my trains more offten, either way it helps. :D
