my first building. to be used in WH40K

My first attempt didn't turn out that nice! (I made lots of ruins before I ever completed a building:mrgreen:) Have you ever looked at terragenesis.co.uk? It's a great site for inspiration and ideas, although I haven't been there in awhile.

    Modular 3d Hex Terrain (Hills)

I used to custom-build wargames terrain. That's actually what got me into paper models: I was looking for easier ways to make buildings. I'd be thrilled to beta-build for you, or help out in any way I can.

    Modular 3d Hex Terrain (Hills)

I can't find their site anymore, but Geo-Hex used to make modular terrain out of styrofoam. I tried making some out of pink insulation board, and it worked fairly well, but your measurements and cuts have to be EXACT! The nice thing was that with the pictures they showed, you could see how all...

1:1000 Scale Battlemechs WIP / Release

These are incredible! I don't know if I have the patience to work so small. I'd go nuts. I've played Classic Battletech for fifteen or sixteen years now (no Quicky Clicky stuff for me). When my brothers and I began making terrain and dropships, we used the Atlas as the base measurement, and...

    "V" - Visitor blaster

I was considering a few options: Leave it as is, depending on the value of it as an "antique." Modify it and put a homemade railgun or coilgun inside. Gut it, and modify the insides to turn it into a paintball gun Gut it, and modify the insides to turn it into a real gun Obviously...

    "V" - Visitor blaster

I was always partial to the original Lazer Tag Starlyte gun, myself. They made a pistol (which I still have) and a rifle. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with the pistol.

    USS Sulaco / Aliens

Great idea! I'm working on an Ebbles miniatures Jotun (a mecha) where I'm attaching the limbs with magnets so it can be semi-poseable, or suffer battle damage. I never thought to use them for support. Definitely an idea to file away!

Model of The Month TWO!: Battlestar Galactica TOS Colonial Warrior Blaster 1:1

I'd take the V blaster! I made one as a kid out of plywood.

    Some more tiny models

Now THOSE are worth resurrecting a thread! (BTW I'm still working on the beta of Gearz' midget Hammerhead Fighter. It got buried under a few other projects)

I love that ship! That is one beautiful piece of work! And you managed to make the yard look nice too! With me, it seems to be either one or the other. Nice work on both counts!
